Thank You
Dear Saint Thomas More Academy Parents, Students, Staff, Benefactors, and Friends:
We are excited to present our first five-year strategic plan, entitled Strengthening the Foundation. This plan is the culmination of a year-long process by the Board of Directors of gathering and synthesizing insights from faculty and staff, parents, students, and experts in the field. We are grateful for the thoughtful input received from so many who care deeply about furthering the mission of our school to provide an excellent Catholic, classical education to children and young people in Michiana.
We have already begun working toward all of our strategic goals and planning how to achieve them over the next five years. By 2031, we will have laid an enduring foundation that can be built upon for years to come, as the school strives to embody one of the finest expressions of PK-12 Catholic education in the United States.
We look forward to collaborating with you to achieve our strategic goals and to advance our mission of helping our students respond to their personal vocations, growing in wisdom enlivened by charity.
Saint Thomas More, pray for us!

Strategic Plan Framework
The Strategic Plan has been designed with student formation at the center and in alignment with our mission: to help our students develop the intellectual, moral, and theological virtues by providing a rigorous education in the classical liberal arts, the fine arts, and the sciences – an education rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition.
The Strategic Plan has three main components: it begins with the student experience, then moves to the educators (school leaders, faculty, staff, and parents), then concludes with the critical enablers of this educational work (financial health, sustainable growth, donor community, and facilities). STMA’s core ideals guide every aspect of the Plan.
